Copper electroforming is a process of plating copper around a form in an acid bath using electricity. Science and Art coming together to form a one-of-a-kind design! This process can take several hours to a full day in the solution to electroform. Once finished, it is cleaned up and polished, patinaed, sanded and sealed. This resin sealant protects the copper from oxidizing, but over time the resin will wear off depending on the care of the jewelry.
